Shipping Inquiries Answered

Orders may take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to process.  Once your order is ready for shipping you will receive a Tracking Confirmation Number. We offer free U.S. domestic shipping on orders of $75 or more.  All orders will be shipped using either UPS, FedEx or USPS service(s).  If any orders are  received after 3:30 PM (EST) Friday please note that it may not be processed until Tuesday 3:30 PM (EST).

*** International Orders Shipping Rates will vary depending on Country.  Please email us with any international shipping inquiries and we will give the appropriate shipping rates based on Country and area. ***



We take the highest priority in our merchandise.  As such, for any defective or damaged merchandise we will allow 2 days from the original time of receipt for such a return.  Please note, return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  ***  Please note, all damaged items may be exchanged for the same item of the same size only.  ***  Shipping expenses will be at no charge.  All tags and packaging must be returned along with the original packing slip and damaged item.  After final inspection the item will be replaced and a Tracking Confirmation Number will be sent once the damaged or defective item is replaced.



We believe in the quality and comfort of our product.  If for any reason you find your fit is a little off please feel free to alert us after 7 days of initial receipt of merchandise.  Please note, for exchanges all tags and packaging must be returned along with the original packing slip and the item for exchange.  After review of the item you will receive a Tracking Confirmation Number for the exchange.  ***  Please note all shipping for any exchanged merchandise is responsibility of the purchaser.  ***

Refunds may be issued to the purchaser within 2 days of the initial receipt of merchandise.  All refunded items must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition.  All tags, garment bags and accompanying items must be included with the refunded article(s).  All original packaging must be intact and undamaged.  After receipt and inspection of the refunded article a credit will be issued to the purchaser.  ***  Please note the purchaser is responsible for all shipping expenses of refunded items. *** 



A Tracking Confirmation Number will be sent for any items shipped and tracked daily to ensure proper delivery of your merchandise.
